HailyAI Gains Open-Source AI Speech to Text and Text to Speech.
As part of putting HailyAI on the phone with your customers through voice over IP support, we’ve added the ability to synthesize her voice by using FastPitch2 + HiFiGan. We’re hard at work tuning the voice to sound like the warm, professional, customer service agent that she is. Furthermore, we’ve added automatic speech recognition (ASR) via the QuartzNet library, which we’ll train to interpret customer’s words over the phone.
